Reporting misconduct

All employees and contracted personnel of Crane Norway Group, as well as the general public, possess the right and are encouraged to disclose any potential misconduct within each subsidiary of the corporation.

The entitlement to disclose misconduct

The corporation strongly urges the disclosure of misconduct that is incompatible with:

  • Applicable laws and regulations
  • Company policies and requirements
  • Obligations and the general perception of what is reasonable or ethically acceptable

Illustrative instances of misconduct may encompass violations of human rights, bullying, harassment, discrimination, substance abuse, unfavorable working conditions, situations posing a threat to individuals’ lives and well-being, as well as unsound case processing.

Instances of punishable offenses may involve embezzlement, corruption, theft, fraud, and financial misconduct, among others.

Management of notifications

Utmost confidentiality and discretion shall be observed in the handling of notification cases.

The notifier shall be duly informed of the case’s processing, unless the notification has been submitted anonymously.
